RECENT BOARD CHANGES

Toronto, Ontario – AXMIN Inc. (AXM-TSX Venture) announces that with effect from Friday November 29, 2002 Peter Lehner resigned as a Director of the Corporation in order that he may devote his full attention to new business ventures.

Following the above and the two appointments recently announced effective December 1, 2002 the Officers and Directors of the Corporation are now:

Officers: Jean Claude Gandur, Chairman; Dr. Michael Martineau, Deputy Chairman and President; Dr. Jonathan Forster, Chief Executive Officer; Craig Banfield, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary.

Directors: Philip Adeane, Michael Ebsary, Dr. Jonathan Forster, Jean Claude Gandur, Robert Jackson, Dr. Michael Martineau, Robert Shirriff, Dr. Henrik Thalenhorst.
